With our well-trained, licensed, and experienced stylists, your precious and adorable fluffy kids will be well taken care of without comprising professionalism. We offer attractive and fabulous Asian stylish haircut to make your fluffy kids look fresh and unique. We not only provide grooming service but also have relaxing facilities like “Sprinkling Grooming Tub”, “Colouring/Fur Dying”, “Non-Anesthetic Dental Cleaning”, and “Advance Pet Products from Asian”. We are keen to give fluffy kids a charming looking with our worry-free beauty working environment, hence, fluffy kids love and enjoy every moment they spend at here. CUSTOMER INSTRUCTION
We cannot accept any pet that does not have the sufficient vaccination, ill, is just been sterilized, during the physiological period, have serious wounds that are not fully healed, having worms or parasites, pregnant, aggressive or active attack our pet beauty groomers, or age over 9-year-old. We cannot and do not provide owners participation or accompany during the beauty performance and service. We also kindly ask you to inform us beforehand If your doggy or kitten are allergy type. Pets are having long-term beauty and spa service; as they age and over 9 year olds, we require pet owners to sign a disclaimer.
OPERATING HOURS
Petz Kingdom operating hours are Monday to Saturday from 10:30AM to 6:30PM. We generously expect our customers to pick your pet up no later than 6:30PM. We currently do not provide pet boarding service. If pet owners do not pick up your pet before 6:30, pet owners are accountable for the over-time charge $20/15mins for each pet and automatically upon pet owners’ consensus when you request a beauty and spa service.
*Late pick up:Pick up within 3hours after grooming,if you pick up late than 3hours,a $20 late fee will applied(During the waiting process, if the pet POO or PEE in the cage, it will only be cleaned slightly and will not be bathed again).
VACCINE STATUS
All of our guests are required to have up to date vaccines in order to maintain a safe, comfortable environment.We highly suggest and insist that owners to provide us the proofs of animal vaccination before you can book an appointment for your cuties. Please contact your veterinarian regarding the vaccines status.
BEAUTY & GROOMING INSTRUCTION
During the beauty service, if your pet have a severe resist situation or active attacking our beauty groomers so that we cannot perform the beauty service; we would have to stop and contact you to pick up your pets immediately to reduce the chance of injury, protect your pets and avoid further injuries.
DE-MATTING AND SHAVE DOWN
It has been our experience that when a pet is shaved down or de-matted, pre-existing skin conditions may appear. Extensive de-matting can be a very painful and dangerous process for our guest. We will assess each case individually to avoid an unpleasant visit.
*Additional charges may apply for matting, excessive undercoats, condition of coat or specific breeds. Pricing varies depending on the breed,coat condition,matting,behaviors and etc.
EXTERNAL PARASITES AND SKUNK ODOUR
Please consult your veterinarian if you notice scratches or bite marks on your dog. We do not offer flea bath，skunk bath and stick removal ，and we reserve the right to refuse service to dogs or cat with fleas, and there is an extra charge if we find any.

Cancellations&No shows:Please respect your grooming appointment.Less than 48-hour cancellation notice will result in a $25 charge added to your next groom.No show notice or same day appointment cancellation will charge $40 cancellation fee.
LATE FOR APPOINTMENT
Late for appointment: You appointment time will be hold for a maximum of 20mins, if you arrive later than 20mins for you scheduled appointment time, a $20 late fee will applied.
